Where my family comes from, Pakistan, new bangles are a big part of the Eid celebration for girls. Here are the bangles I wore to yesterday's festivities. More photos of all the Eid fun in the next few days. Now I'm off to eat in the middle of the day, because I can!

I don't like milk. I love watching Andy Rooney on '60 Minutes'. I am a very quiet, observent person who really should speak up more because I have so much to say. Oh, and I make excellent lasagna.
